Full conference attendees receive access to all four days of conference sessions, including the New Works Forum and Women’s Opera Network convening, as well as the Host Company Reception and Sponsor Reception. Note: Staff and trustees of Professional Company Members are also eligible to attend the two Roundtable sessions; concurrent programming for all other conference attendees will be offered.

Member Pricing

Member rates are available to all current individual and organizational members of OPERA America, including opera company trustees. Prices listed below are per-person. During the registration process, staff and trustees of Professional Company Members (PCM) should select the “PCM and Trustee” ticket. All other members should purchase the “Member (Non-PCM)” ticket.

Bring a Team

Register three or more staff or trustees from your Professional Company Member organization and save even more with Team pricing. Additional Team members can be added through June 14 at the same locked-in rate. Members members receive a 25% discount on registration pricing to offset the currency exchange rate. This discount applies only to registration and does not include add-on activities. Opera Europa and Ópera Latinoamérica Members

Opera Europa and Ópera Latinoamérica members receive complimentary registration to foster greater international dialogue across the opera industry. This offer does not include add-on activities. To access the complimentary registration, please use the registration code provided to you by Opera Europa and Ópera Latinoamérica. If you did not receive the code, please contact those organizations.

Opera Volunteers International (OVI)

Members of OVI may register for the full conference at member rates or the special two-day OVI Pass. Please visit the OVI section of this website for additional information and registration link.

Non-Member Registration

Individuals who are not currently members of OPERA America may register for conference at the New Member rate of $600 through June 14. Included in this registration is a one-year individual membership to OPERA America.

Registration Add-Ons

The following items can be added to your registration for an additional fee at the time of registration or at any point through June 14.

  • Network Dinners ($45, cash bar)

  • Guest Ticket: Host Company Reception ($15)
    For conference attendees wishing to bring a guest to the reception.

Tickets to Opera Theatre of Saint Louis performances may be purchased directly from OTSL. Conference attendees receive a 10% discount for ticket packages of three performances and a 15% discount for packages of four or more performances.

Cancellation Policy

Through April 9, registrations are refundable (minus a $100 per person cancellation fee). From April 10 through June 14, registration fees are 50% refundable. Registrations may also be transferred to another attendee at no charge. To transfer your registration, please edit the full name and e-mail address of the attendee via Eventbrite. This will ensure that the new attendee receives all communications regarding attendance and will be able to check in at the conference.

Privacy Policy

Registrant contact information, including e-mail addresses, will be shared with conference sponsors. Registrants who do not wish to share this information must opt-out on the registration form.

OPERA America reserves the right to refuse registration and/or entrance.

We convene as colleagues in a spirit of curiosity, open-mindedness, and respect. We will not tolerate harassment in any form. As a conference attendee, you’re expected to show respect for everyone, including attendees, staff and vendors, regardless of their background, class, political views or status.
